Caring for the Whole Self w/ Amanda Ward

by Andrew Ware
01.12.2022

Amanda Ward joins us and talks about her journey in becoming a marathoner and what it has meant to be a wellness coach, focusing on the whole person as she helps people in their self-care journeys.

Amanda is a Therapist/Fitness Coach/Nutrition Coach (WOW!!!) and helps persons in their journeys of emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical health. While unpacking her journey in an active lifestyle we also unpack ways in which we can focus on the wholistic nature in which we care for ourselves.

Don’t forget to join our Active Faith Community on Facebook to share your journey and encourage and support others in their active journeys as well.
