Glenn Riggs rejoins the podcast to help me begin to unpack and identify some key terms, themes, and ideas in the self-care world…beginning with Self-Care. We work our way around to talk about self-care, discipline, soul-care, and even unpacking ideas of what Glenn calls “allowedness.” As we continue to engage in conversations and exploring persons journeys I hope these unpacking episodes help to create context for how we can all learn and grow together.
