Boundaries play a big role in how we practice self-care. They create space and opportunity for us to do so. However, they do not just appear. Sometimes they take intentional work and lessons learned. Sometimes we need to be form and others times we need a soft handed approach. Sometimes they are done to mend relationships and other times they are done to keep relationships healthy.
