Jojo McDuffie

by Andrew Ware

Jojo is a strength, conditioning, and wellness coach in Charlottesville, VA who is doing work at the intersection of wellness and activity. Jojo talks about these ideas and what it has meant for his self-care. Self-care is as much about what we don’t do as it is about what we do. We talk about physical activity, but also focus on how the right routine helps to make your self-care journey that much better.

Jojo also talks about his passion of helping those with Parkinson’s disease and the work he is doing to help fund research into cures for the disease.
