Starting the Journey w/ Sarah Locke

by Andrew Ware
12.01.2021

Sarah joins us and talks about her journey to becoming active even as she struggled earlier in her life with a desire to be active at all. We unpack why it is unhealthy to compare ourselves to others, and what it means to fall in love with our journey, and even how our personal goals can help drive us forward. This was a great conversation I was able to have for our first guest episode.
