In this episode we talk about the journeys of Kati’s life and how they have impacted, not only who she is today, but also how she cares for herself. After retiring from the Navy she was faced with a choice of where her life would go. She focused inward and looked to her family and faith for guidance. Now she is the owner of a nutrition and healthy lifestyle business, and rocking the world the world by helping others unpack ways they can care for themselves. She also has dreams to work more in the women veteran space to help make sure that there is support and encouragement in life’s transitions.
